The seating capacity is the maximum number of people seated during service in the largest continuous space.

The price should be the normal summer Saturday rate, because that is usually the highest and therefore the most comparable. If only an hourly rate is listed, use a 10-hour price unless it can be assumed that setup hours are included. Otherwise, use a 6-hour hourly price.

The additional hour price should be the normal summer Saturday rate after midnight.

The catering price should be the price per person for the venue's typical wedding or event menu with at least three courses.
