Why the service exists
The site was originally built for personal use when there was no comprehensive list of party venues in the capital region in one place. Since then, the service has expanded to cover all of Finland.
Where the information comes from
The information is collected from venues' own sites, public sources, user updates, and venues submitted directly to the service. The goal is to keep comparison useful even as supply changes.
How you can help
If you notice a missing venue or outdated information, you can submit an update to the service. This helps both users and venue owners benefit from more accurate data.
Comparability
The benefit of the service depends on venues being comparable on the same terms. That is why price comparison primarily uses a summer Saturday evening until midnight. That is typically when demand is highest and prices are genuinely comparable.
For some venues, the venue rental is included in catering or a catering package. In those cases, the goal is to describe that too, so the overall cost is easier to understand in advance.
